| VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Existing Opportunities:
Volunteer Committee
- Work with committee chairs for volunteer needs
- Contact volunteers with specifics
Post Graduation Dinner
- Determine location and food for post-graduation dinner (for graduates only)
- Coordinate timing with other committees
- Arrange for servers if needed
Check-In and Chaperone Committees
- Coordinate Junior parents to help with check-in
- Secure personal items that are not to be brought to site
- Get students on buses
- Organize volunteers for security at site; keep in contact
Food Committee
- Plan and procure food to be available at party site
- Coordinate servers if needed
Games, Prizes and Entertainment Committee
- Come up with theme for graduation and party
- Rent needed equipment and oversee staffing of activities
- Arrange for any entertainment
- Provide token prizes and arrange for graduate gifts for all students
Photography / Media
- Help Coordinator to photograph party activities and other events (excluding the mass and ceremony)
- Assist with a link for viewing photos/videos; help with the ordering process
Cleanup Committee
- Responsible for parent-sponsored events and site as needed
